These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the LAIX Rental marketing website (rental.laixsoftware.com). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About this site
This site is an institutional and marketing website: it presents LAIX Rental — an operating system for car rental businesses —, its features, plans and contact channels. It is not the operational platform, and using it does not create a subscription to the service.
2. Demonstrations and mockups
Screens, dashboards and demonstrations shown are illustrative and may contain fictional data used only to showcase features. Features, scope and availability may vary by plan and evolve over time. Elements marked as demonstrative or in development do not represent a guarantee of immediate availability.
3. Plans and pricing
Plans and prices (in USD) are informational and may be updated. Any subscription to the platform, when available, will be governed by separate documents, distinct from these Terms.
4. Intellectual property
The LAIX brand, the LAIX Rental product, logos, text, layout and other site elements are protected and belong to LAIX or its licensors. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to compromise its security or availability, and not to reverse engineer its components.
6. Contact and third-party services
The site offers contact by email (comercial@laixsoftware.com) and via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a third-party service subject to its own terms. Using the site or contacting us does not create an obligation to enter into any agreement for either party.
7. Availability and limitations
We use reasonable efforts to keep the site available and accurate, but it may experience temporary unavailability, maintenance or changes without notice. Information is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will always be complete or current.
